Yogurt





Do you like yogurt? I love it, especially it contain blueberry sauce. I think yogurt is one of the healthy food. It is made of milk, and its content is many good bacillus for bowels. It can resolve the problem of constipation, and become beautiful from inside our bodies. As you know, it came from Bulgaria and now spread in all over the world. In Bulgaria, there are many kinds of yogurt and they have it every day. To our surprise, it is used to cook anything. I would like to introduce one of the interesting yogurt meal. It is yogurt soup that called Tarator and popular in Bulgaria.


Its Ingredients

・Cucumber 3

・Yogurt 500g

・Water 100cc

・Garlic a little

・Salt and herb



1. Cut the cucumbers. After that add salt and herb, and leave for minutes

2.Smash the Garlic

3.Stir the water and yogurt in bowl and add 1 and 2.


It takes just five minutes!! This is easy and healthy food, isn't it. It is cold soup, so the best season to make this in summer. If you are interested in, please try it.

Yoga


Do you konw yoga? It is famous among women. If you want to go on a diet, I will recommend you to do yoga. As you know, it is effective for loose weight. However, the effect is not only loose weight.

Main effects
・Removing the stiff shoulders
・Having a good sleep
・Giving the relaxation

The reasons for these, blood flow are increased as you get exercise. You can be stress free and sleep well by much sweating. This exercise also can get rid of the stiff shoulders by relaxed muscles. You had better exercise before going to bed. Yoga is worth doing to keep our bodies lively.
