Yoga


Do you konw yoga? It is famous among women. If you want to go on a diet, I will recommend you to do yoga. As you know, it is effective for loose weight. However, the effect is not only loose weight.

Main effects
・Removing the stiff shoulders
・Having a good sleep
・Giving the relaxation

The reasons for these, blood flow are increased as you get exercise. You can be stress free and sleep well by much sweating. This exercise also can get rid of the stiff shoulders by relaxed muscles. You had better exercise before going to bed. Yoga is worth doing to keep our bodies lively.
